David joined Centrality as its new Chief Executive Officer in June 2018, tasked with leading company’s next phase of growth. David has worked within the IT and Telecommunications sector for over 25 years, in a number of executive leadership positions. Prior to Centrality David was Chief Operating Officer at Anatwine, an eCommerce platform that connects the world’s leading retailers and brands. His IT career started with a small technology start up that invented Text messaging and mobile prepaid technology which experienced unprecedented growth.
He has a passion for customers, service and people, and won numerous industry awards including MEFFY Innovation in Engagement, National employer National Apprenticeship award , and Microsoft Apprentice of the Year. He is a former National apprentice ambassador, SME advisor to the skills funding agency, and played an active role in the formation of Trail blazer apprenticeships.
David lives in a small village in West Oxfordshire and outside work enjoys coaching Rugby and football.
Daniel joined Centrality in 1999 and has helped grow the company from its early days of two employees and one customer to its present position. He has overseen various product areas during his time at the company including ‘End User Compute’ build designs with large scale deployments and ongoing management, product testing, software packaging, on-premise and AWS/Azure cloud server migrations, WAN deployments, and managing a 24/7 operations centre.
Daniel has overall responsibility for the Professional Services Team and Security and ensures the organisation retains its UKAS-accredited ISO 27001 certification in addition to ensuring the company and its employees retain Microsoft Gold Partner status.
Daniel is a shareholder and Director of the company and sits on the Board, and has love of theatre, film and arts.
Paul joined Centrality in 2019 to lead the sales and marketing team and has responsibility for driving the commercial growth of the business, developing the Centrality brand and owning and implementing Centrality’s planned growth sales and marketing strategy.
Paul has over 20 years of experience across both the Telecoms and IT business sectors as a sales leader, with an impressive record of growing, developing and transforming high performing sales teams and business units. Paul has specific knowledge and experience across several vertical business sectors and has a deep understanding of the specific challenges within those industries and how technology can be used to solve business problems. Paul has previously worked for both large enterprises and SME businesses, prior to joining Centrality, working for Vodafone Group within their Cloud and Security business.
Kym joined Centrality in October 2018, as Head of Professional Services. With over 17 years’ experience in the outsourcing industry, Kym has a wealth of experience and knowledge spanning client service, operations, and project delivery. She is a seasoned project and programme professional who has enjoyed a progressive career specialising in project, programme and portfolio management across a number of differing sectors. Prior to joining Centrality Kym worked at RRD UK for 16 years with her previous role being Head of Projects.
Kym is responsible for the successful delivery of all projects and change at Centrality. Passionate about governance, and the importance it plays in the quality of all works undertaken, her team mantra is “The finest end product requires the highest quality beginning”.
Her greatest passion outside the workplace is travel, notably the continent of Africa with 9 visits down and counting! In 2018 she spent 3 weeks volunteering on a female empowerment programme in Tanzania.
Johan joined Centrality in July 2019, as Head of Service Delivery, with responsibility for the Service Centre, Service Delivery Management and Technical implementation.
He is a senior service delivery and operations leader, with a strong customer-orientated approach to business, and has over 20 years’ experience in system integration and IT delivery.
Prior to Centrality, Johan had a distinguished career at T-Systems for 11 years where he was instrumental in onboarding both large and small services, improving efficiencies exponentially.
Outside of work, Johan enjoys watching sport, is an avid rugby supporter and enjoys the outdoors.
Anna has been with Centrality since January 2019, in the newly created role of Head of HR & Talent. Before this, she spent 13 years in various HR roles in the public sector (local government), including 10 years as an HR Business Partner. A Chartered Member of the CIPD, her HR experience includes employee relations, recruitment, employment law, L&D and employee engagement. She is also a qualified coach.
Anna is responsible for delivering our People Strategy and her main focus at present is looking at how we grow, develop and retain our talent.
Outside of work, her two young children keep her pretty busy, but she also enjoys reading, going to dance and spinning classes and yoga.
Suzanne joined Centrality in November 2015 as the Head of Finance, and brings 30 years experience working within small and medium size enterprises. Prior to joining Centrality, Suzanne worked at Choice One Group, a Medical Communication Agency where she gained a wealth of experience in Project Accounting. Previous roles included gaining experience within the Pharmaceutical, Insurance and Retail sectors thus allowing a broad industry knowledge and appreciation.
Suzanne is responsible for all financial matters within the business, and supports the leadership to fulfil their growth ambitions.
Suzanne, has a passion for home renovation, gardening and music.
