Overview

Centrality is very different to most IT services companies.

We’ve grown out of an independent consultancy, where the quality of our impartial advice and level of service was paramount. Our ethos, focus, way of working and belief in complete transparency, has remained.

We have no sales team; all enquiries are handled by our Directors with the experience and expertise needed to undertake detailed assessments and produce solutions.

Why you can trust our advice

We do not form any commercial allegiances that pay commissions, so the independence of our advice is not compromised.  We only ever recommend what we consider to be the best solutions for our customers.

To ensure the quality and robustness of our recommendations, we have a very active R&D Department and test both software and hardware.  A perfect example is that after a period of rigorous assessment, we are now recommending Windows 7 to our customers, whereas its predecessor, Vista, did not get past our test bench.

How we work

Our core processes are review, design, delivery and support.

We offer a free initial assessment session to gather your requirements and follow up with a summary of the solution proposed and budget required.

Once appointed, a full review is completed and each stage of the recommended solution fully documented, with a very detailed breakdown of costs.

We implement the recommendations, building/assembling all bespoke segments in our own workshops and installing all hardware/software
